Return eligibility depends on product type and condition. Items must typically be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the stated return window. Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items or items clearly marked as non-returnable).

If you book installation or technician services, Real Tech Electricals may contact you to confirm charges, schedule, and availability. Service quality, warranties, and timelines may depend on the specific job and parts used.
